Informal one on one with the manager in the front of the store. Very basic questions about availability and hours. Was pretty much offered the job on the spot and asked about what day I could start working.

The interview process was very easy. The manager was there and I was hired practically on the spot. The questions that were asked are incredibly basic. Great job for a kid
Group interview Usually the owner will interview you but sometimes the shift lead will do an interview. Basic questions to get to know your personality. Make sure not to be shy because they want to see someone who can greet customers and have a smile.
