I had 2 Video interview - 2 stage interview with the entire team - one was technical interview and one was soft skilled based interview. Got introduced to a Worldwide friendly team. Second interview was with a technical expert.

Fast, telephonic interview. Easy to get a contract job. Work was great, while it lasted. People are good. Work is fine, nothing to crazy. What else to say? Should have been a longer contract.

Used Teams, the interviewer asked for a time to interview the day before. He was on time and it lasted about 20 minutes. Not a very stressful initial inteview at all
