The interview process was very smooth. 3-step process with a HireVue digital interview, a virtual interview via Zoom, and an on-site interview with a panel of interviewers. Each level of the process was conducted very professionally. The HireVue interview basically supplants a telephone screening. The 1st interview is about learning if your experience and skill set are a fit for the organization. The final interview is about learning your cultural fit with the organization (in addition to meeting higher level management).
