I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Collins Aerospace (Cedar Rapids, IA) in May 2022
Interview
The interview was one-on-one with a career professional and a later interview with higher-ups would be offered if you were selected. I did not get selected for a further interview as this position was in high demand. The interview was just a short chat with basic questions, I walked through my resume and answered how I'd be a good fit for their workplace.

Interview
Used HireVue for screening. There were 3 video questions, some short response questions, and single selection questions. This process was smooth and detailed. I would recommend it. I don't know the process after that, because I was not selected to go any further.
