I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Comcast (Tallahassee, FL) in Dec 2016
Interview
Applied online and asked to take an online assessment, which was extremely easy. A recruiter from corporate scheduled me for an interview with the local Comcast office. I was interviewed by the supervisor for the position and went through a series of questions, lasting about 40 minutes. The questions are simple evolving around the position, customer service and installation. After the interview, I was told that I would be contacted about the process. It has been over a month and I never have been contacted, not even an email.

Question 1
there were no unexpected questions, there is simply a test and skills assesment. The interview is only to make certain that you can perform the required tasks.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Comcast (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2011
Interview
It was the most unprofessional interview I have been to. When you first arrive there they put you in their employee break room and tell you to wait. It was very uncomfortable with employees coming in the room cooking and eating their lunches. After 45 minutes of waiting, yes that's right they where 45 minutes late for the interview they came and got me. The interview was done by two supervisors at once and from the moment the interview starts you know your not being hired. One of them acted totally not interested in doing the interview by huffing and puffing and tossing around a company provided question sheet. Plus he was wearing a black comcast jacket and a stocking cap, way to represent your company!
They act like you're lying about your answers. I told them I know how to setup wireless routers, dsl modems, and cable modems, which I do. The response from one was "Oh now your reaching, you better watch it my partner here knows all about that stuff".. I'm sitting there thinking, setting up that equipment is easy, if you take the time to understand it, anyone could do it.
I was professional throughout and had good answers for all their questions. When the interview ended as I was about to leave the one interviewer said in a snide way "Just being honest here, we have more interviews setup so expect a call or email,,,naaah it will be an email from hr in 2-3 weeks." I'm thinking, what a complete D**K
The whole interview was a waste of time. Who they are going to hire is predetermined, probably one of their friends. Know matter how well I did, I could tell I would have never be hired.

Question 1
They are all behavioral questions that are company provided. Not one personal question was asked.
