It takes time to apply here about three months. How many calls can I take ? If I had a good attitude or positive out look, How long was I at my last employer? How do I believe I can contribute to the company at large? If I had any innovate ideas? I was advised that I will be attacked for not playing the game.

Great, easy so far seem to have multiple interviews. First with a recruiter, then the second with management. Both have been via video call. the time between the first and second interview was about a week.
You fill out an application. Then you take an online assessment. Then they call you for a video interview over Microsoft Teams. Then they say you are a good fit and will try to get you in for a specific position, promising to fast track you once it becomes available, saying it definitely will, keeping you on the hook for over a month, then ghost you.

The Interview process takes a very long time and from personal experience took two months in total. From the 1st interview to getting a call with an offer to accepting the position.
