I applied online. I interviewed at Comcast (Detroit, MI) in Aug 2020
Interview
Filled out the application. Was sent an assessment fast. I took the assessment. I thought it was fairly easy. After the assessment, I was sent an invitation for an interview. Due to COVID it was suppose to be done via webcam. I showed up at my scheduled time on the webcam, and no one ever showed up for the interview. I waited for an hour.
Easy and understanding they want you to succeed and I felt like I was encouraged to ask questions and they were really professional.
Comcast despite its rep cares about its employees it seems
The interview was very smooth and straightforward they ask questions dealing with your previous job experiences and skills. They ask about key metrics used and numbers. They ask how to deal with a customer that is upset and angry.
