I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Comcast in Oct 2011
Interview
Comcast usually interviews several times per month as there is a lot of turnover with front-line employees. Interviews are with one to two supervisors. You will be asked about 10-15 situation questions. I've interviewed people for this position before and oddly enough, the question about workplace conflict usually gets people disqualified more than any other question. There is a phone interview and an online test that tests your ability to multitask as well as a personality test before the actual interview. The whole process takes roughly a month to three weeks.
