Interview process was pretty standard, was asked the basic questions. Seemed a bit like the people hiring weren't sure exactly what the role would be. I had a great time talking with people who were currently employed there, but I wasn't their final fit.

Nothing special or unique. I was questioned about why you are interested in this position etc. Be ready to show the portfolio related to the advertising industry.
