I applied online. I interviewed at Comcast in Oct 2022
Interview
There are 4 separate interviews, by four management team members. The first one is a screening, the second one is determine if you fit the role for the position. The third is to finalize for the last interview. You will be told that you fit the role to the position that they are looking for. The last interview will go over your benefits and ask you all the questions that you were asked from all the other interviews. This last interview will determine if you're a perfect hire for their company. All four interviews. are all repetitive questions.
Easy and understanding they want you to succeed and I felt like I was encouraged to ask questions and they were really professional.
Comcast despite its rep cares about its employees it seems
The interview was very smooth and straightforward they ask questions dealing with your previous job experiences and skills. They ask about key metrics used and numbers. They ask how to deal with a customer that is upset and angry.
