All companies seem to be doing these behavioral interviews now. I use to be a “shoe-in” for a job with my interview skills but even with using the S.T.A.R. Technique, that yes, I just learned about not too long ago, it’s difficult to practice. You can practice questions but the questions and combinations they can ask you are endless. I do my job to satisfy the member/customer and the company; I don’t really stop to think that I might need this perfect experience for an interview one day or to note down a difficult situation I made right in another scenario. This is very difficult for me.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Comcast (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2026
Interview
I am currently internal so I applied online. Had a 15 minute screening call with the recruiter asking basic questions. First interview was with hiring manager. Very conversational with a couple "formal" questions. Second interview with the sales team. More difficult trying to drill down to how I work and why I should be chosen.
Very professional, interviewer was polite, thorough, timely, asked relevant questions. I was made to feel comfortable and I would describe it as a pleasant experience. I would recommend applying for positions with this company

Question 1
How do you handle difficult/challenging conversations
There was an assessment followed by a phone interview with a recruiter then a virtual panel interview with a senior manager and two supervisors. The phone interview was no more than 20 mins and the panel interview was 45mins. I received an offer after a week.
