First I did a phone interview, then they did a video interview over zoom, and then an in person interview with the manager. They were very accommodating and worked with my schedule and restrictions considering I was moving states.

Very straightforward questions about work history as well as technology background, asked about previous experience working with new challenges how to handle conflicts. Very simple interview just be calm and keep it short
asked about my previous sales experience, they really want motivated sellers. didnt ask a lot about customer service experience. asked about what my motivation for working is. they asked me if i have reliable transportation
