Straight forward process. Be yourself and let your personality shine. Don’t overthink it, dress for success and be hungry. The interview can be one on one or a group setting. This was years ago though.

Describe a time when you had a difficult customer? How did you overcome that situation?
Easy and understanding they want you to succeed and I felt like I was encouraged to ask questions and they were really professional.
Comcast despite its rep cares about its employees it seems
The interview was very smooth and straightforward they ask questions dealing with your previous job experiences and skills. They ask about key metrics used and numbers. They ask how to deal with a customer that is upset and angry.

Wow - they ask you like 35 questions - or that's what it felt like! 2 people interviewing you. They are asking you sales questions and many different scenarios. Be prepared to answer how you would overcome objections.
