1. Phone Screening – A short call with Talent Acquisition to go over my background and ensure I met the basic qualifications for the role. 2. Zoom Interview with Team Lead – The team lead provided an overview of the team, asked about my experience, and included a technical question related to databases. 3. On-Site Assignment – A 2-hour coding task to implement the backend for fetching data from an API in ASP.NET. The task itself wasn’t overly complex, but I believe the allocated time was too short to deliver a high-quality solution.
