CPS asked detailed questions regarding my skill sets and verified all of it. This turned out to be very important as they specifically match the skill sets with the customer's needs. The customer also asked detailed questions and provided example scenarios to see how I would address the issues.

The most unexpected question I had was, "What do you try to avoid?" - Obviously this is meant to see how you react to and handle a stressful situation.
