Process was more of a meet and greet. Really relaxed and overall felt like a great interview process. I was interviewed and taken for a tour of my area of responsibility. Unfortunately the original job I applied for was no longer available, so they told me they liked me and offered me a job for Operations Administrator. I accepted.

I was asked if I would be willing to violate FAA regulations and fly an aircraft that was not legally safe for flight. Specifically, would I launch in an aircraft with inoperative fuel gauges?
