Interview
Initially I was screened via phone to measure my interest in the position. They asked when I would be free to come in. I said the very next day. I went in after lunch at 1pm. The entire interview was at least 2.5 hours including a tour of the facilities. I spoke with the food service director, the regional manager, the current dietitian, and the client manager who oversees the CCRC's in the San Francisco Bay Area. Each of them were highly interested in my personality and character above all else.

Application summitted, then asked for video recoded responses. I did not get far in application process but they were good to update me. It was a nice process for a primary interview process for such a large company.

I applied and was called by the regional hiring manager to set an interview at the SNF. I was interviewed by the kitchen manager and an RDN. Afterwards I had my second interview on the phone with the overseeing RDN.
