I recently went through the interview process for the Conference Coordinator position at Compass Group USA, and I wanted to share my experience. Overall, the process was relatively quick and straightforward. It consisted of three stages of interviews, with the final one being with the hiring manager from the client company. The questions asked during the interviews were scenario-based and quite simple, which made the process less intimidating. Overall, I found the interview process to be efficient and well-organized, and I appreciated the opportunity to discuss my qualifications and experiences with the hiring team.
