Interview
The interview process for Compass was a wonderful experience. I was recruited online via LinkedIn by Keith. I had a series of five interviews, all from different people within the company. The first 4 I found were fairly easy interviews they just flowed like conversations. Between my 4th and 5th interview, I had to generate a workflow of how I would run a transaction and submit it to Keith. My last interview was the tough one! After going from interviews that felt like conversations to getting asked a series of tough questions one after the next! Had me at the tip-top of my interview game! When the video chat ended I felt that I did really good, but then I had moments where I wasn't sure because the questions were so tough. Keith then reached out for my references the next afternoon, and by that evening I had my offer!

2 calls with a Recruiter / 1 interview with a TC / 1 interview with a Regional Manager / 1 interview with a Regional Director and then finally 1 joint interview with two Operation Managers. Honestly it felt like overkill for the level of the role.

Question 1
They put a big emphasis on the type of technology you've adopted in your current role. Also one other main thing they ask about is how you handle conflicting priorities in a high stress environment. The other thing they're big on is knowing how to "sell" your role as a TC, since you technically have to build your database within the team itself.

Interview
Three interviews but it was a quick turnaround. First with the director, then the regional manager, then the role's direct manager. Kind of felt opposite? They asked good questions, though.

The interview processs was an easy process and I spoke with a three different recruiters from the company. The interviews were either virtual or phone interviews. They were prompt and easy to speak with. Overall a good experience and organized interview process.
