I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Concentrix (Southfield, MI) in Jun 2018
Interview
Very unorganized from day one so I already knew what to expect u felt over dressed people were in ghetto street clothes that had no business in the office setting. I was pulled to interview in the wrong department and an hour later I was told to go to the correct interviewer.
Received a phone call where they asked several questions, explained the job, and confirmed whether I could provide identification for security checks and verify that I am an Australian citizen.
Initially, there were multiple-choice and written questions in English and about sample customer satisfaction scenarios online. This was followed by a phone interview where I was asked simple questions based on my resume, given information about the working conditions, and explained how to proceed if the process went well. Finally, I had a video interview with the team leader, where detailed questions about the position were asked and dialogues were conducted based on possible scenarios.
