They will ask you questions which you have to answer. Dont be panic. They will check if you have the potential to manage customers or not. Just be what you are and be specific woth the answers.

It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.
