Wasnt too bad. boring byut ok. Was easy and quick. When i started working, i decided it wasnt for me. the training is not good and they throw you into calls with no practice

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
