It was quick and smooth… however it took some time from offer letter to actual start

How to guide a customer who had issues with device… their device wasn’t powering on
If you have a good communication skill you may crack it.
They will check your customer service skills such as empathy, patience, problem solving adaptability, time management etc
Interviewers are very friendly and personally I never had a bad experience.
