Concentrix CSR-1 interview questions

It was easy going. Telephonic and video interview. Interview questions were behavioral and scenario based and some of them are technical in nature. Overall whole process was pretty easy going.

One day process Initial and final interview, Personal ,Job experience , setting of expectations kind of interview , should answer in STAR format to impress employer, should be able to work asap to get high chances of getting the job , initial interview via phone while final interview in person.
