Interview
I arrived at the interview meeting and my supervisor-to-be and I sat at an open lounge area where other people were passing by. I started explaining my CV and giving details about what I do as well as asked her whether she wanted to see my portfolio to which she never responded (and never got to see). I have to add that when I contacted through email I had sent her a link to my work but it never got discussed. I then answered all her question, made some of my own and then she told me that I was hired.

Great interview process, speedy follow-ups and an understanding of the job specifications in all rounds of the process. The recruiters were quick to explain in detail how the rounds will go and overall a good experience.

Applied on indeed and got selected for an interview same day. Good interview started the interview with two workers for about 15 mins and then spoke to the director for another 15 mins. Didn’t hear back from them afterwards, so I didn’t pass sadly. But it was a great opportunity to experience.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Condé Nast (New York, NY) in May 2021
Interview
Pretty quick and streamlined interview process. However, no real questions about my abilities or what the job could offer. Felt like a vibe check. I did get offered the position but had to decline because there was no real trek to growth and the pay was too low.
