Interview
Campus Interview. Configure One visited my college campus, and I met with them at the career fair. After the career fair, they had a couple rounds of initial interviews on campus, as well as a final round interview on site.

Question 1
They asked about previous work experience as well as campus activities in order to determine if you were a well rounded person that fits within the company culture.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Configure One (Oak Brook, IL)
Interview
Configure One attended the career fair at my university. I spoke with them at the career fair and received an interview the next day. After that interview, I was invited to dinner to meet the other interview candidates and the more employees. About a month later, I was invited onsite to interview with management. Overall process was smooth and straightforward. Solid communication about deadlines and the what the next steps would be.
