Basic interview process. Phone screen with recruiter, phone interview with recruiter, then video call with sales director and sales manager.
Quite a simple interview process.
It took about 2 weeks from application to offer.
However - be warned. Their non compete is the most all-encompassing non compete I have ever seen.
If you have ambitions or do any other business outside of your 9 to 5, beware. It could kill the appeal of this job.
It did for me, which is why I declined the offer.
Had two HR calls then an interview with three members of the sales team.
Interview went really well, but they were offended when I asked about employee turnover. One member of the sales team called me a "sausage." Incredibly rude and unprofessional.
Phone interview then panel interview. In person / remote both options are available depending on your location. The interviews are nice and pretty easy going as this is for a sales position
