Three interviews, one with hiring manager, one with department VP, and one panel interview with peers and directors from other teams. All behavioral with standard questions about past experience and interest in the role. Minimal communication between rounds.

Tell us about you and why you are interested in this role
The interview process was fast, about 10 minutes. I thought it went well but there was no follow up what so ever. The interviewer went on a 2 week break, reassured me that she would follow up and of course she never did. It takes 2 seconds to send the generic rejection email and looking at their reviews, I'm not surprised by their ghosting.
first formal round after the resume screen was a video interview that was a standard self recorded video answering general questions through a common website asking general questions about the position and your interest in the role and opportunity
