Boring group day out, fizzbuzz was the only coding question, teambuilding tasks, interview was mostly about Agile and Scrum. Started at 9am, presentations from the CEO and various team leaders, was 4pm by the time it got to my 1:1 interview. Was offered a place contingent on moving to Bracknell even though I'm only a 40 min commute tothe office (less than half the length of my current job) and it's 2 days WFH.
Do not bother unless you're already local or willing to move. Waste of time because I passed everything easily but because they didn't want me to commute I couldn't get the job, made no sense.
