I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Continental (Bengaluru) in Oct 2016
Interview
The process started with an aptitude test as usual.
It was mediocre , so no need to worry .And few coding related questions were asked in the aptitude test .
There was no GD , directly technical round.
and finally a HR interview.
Technical is lil bit tricky caz since they are in Automotive business they expect us to know basics of mechanics a bit (like 12th physics) other than that rest all is same as other software companies.

Question 1
Things like , write a flowchart for particular process or program.
basic questions of electronics , physics and a bit of math.
Very typical HR screening to a pre recorded technical interview before a final interview with the hiring manager and team. Initial HR screening was fine but I was held up and confused for a couple weeks because my recruiter had issues using their system.
