Interview process was an initial phone interview followed by a follow up interview with my now supervisor and a director of HR. Interview was fairly informal and spent most of the time talking about my qualifications and needs. Benefits are negotiable but you need to work for them.

Interview
Worst company to associate with first they take all the Technical interview, Managerial interview and HR interview and will verbally say you are selected but later if they find someone from the same city they will reject you and will not have the decency to confront for the same. Shame on such companies and their System.
