Continuum Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Very abrupt, aggressive and unfriendly interviewer, Interviewer did not build rapport. Didn't introduce herself or give you time to introduce yourself. Fired off questions in an aggressive and angry manner. Did not explain the unconventional interview process before starting as it required role playing. If the company is anything like the interviewer stay far away. You will not be appreciated as an employee. I can say it was a very unpleasant experience and the of the worst interview of my life. It's been a few days and I'm still low-key angry about how I was treated.
