Control Risks Client Services Manager interview questions

During the first interview I met with 2 members of the Vantage team. I was contacted the next day to set up a second interview which consisted of a mock powerpoint presentation and a discussion surrounding 3 case studies. I was told by the recruiter I would hear something, no matter the outcome, within a week or so when interviews were completed. It has now been almost 3 weeks since my second interview and I have not received any type of communication, even after following up via email. It was a bit discouraging because I thought the interview went well and expected to receive a response at least letting me know they offered the position to someone else. The team was extremely friendly and besides the lack of communication it was a positive experience.
