went through 3 rounds of interviews, one initial screening from team member, one take-home written test, and one with the team and the supervisor. the process was smooth and questions were fairly easy, interviewees seems lacking interest/unprepared for carrying out the procedure

After an email exchange with the team lead, a half hour call with multiple members of the team. We discussed my background and previous employment. This was at the beginning of the Covid crisis, so there was no in-person component.

Q: what would a previous employer say is your biggest strength?
Submitted online application consisting of CV and cover letter. Was invited to interview a couple of weeks later. Interview was held remotely and lasted for approximately an hour. The interview consisted of competency and role related questions. After the interview I was asked to complete a written assessment.
