Describe a time where you had to use critical thinking
The interview process was easy and the questions were straight forward. The hiring managers seemed to really like me and agreed with a lot of responses saying good job, nice answer. I didn't get an offer and was extremely confused as to what exactly they were looking for.

Interview
It was easy going. Just expect to be asked basic questions like describing yourself, educational background, and work experience. Then they will give you a scenario involving a patient and how would you go about resolving it. To end the interview, they will review the job description and ask how soon you are able to start.
