Costco has a job fair in the begging of the year, end of January. I was one of the first to arrive and get the job.
Basically they need you to demonstrate that you are the type of person that will be there if they need. The companies culture is very good and management team amazing.

Describe yourself in a difficult situation and how was the result.
I had 2 rounds of interviews with 3 managers. Only took about 1 hour per each one. Asked basic questions on why I would want the job. And how to handle the job.
It was very straight forward. I ended up getting the job. The interviewer was really nice, and it was a smooth hiring process. I have been working here a long time now, and I love it.

Strait fwrd retail questions but mostly about yourself and why or how you would be a good fit. Also history of retail work including challenges you've overcome and how you handled customer situations
