Was not a very rigorous process but very formal. Recruiter, Manager, Director, Panel. Definitely uses a STAR format and will follow up with questions. Cannot stress how important this is as they will send you reminders to format your answers in STAR format.

Such questions were very behavioral. How do you handle conflicting interests when short on time. How do you prioritize asks. Etc.

Interview
Quick and painless. Cox moved faster than any other company I have ever spoken with. From initial contact to written offer letter in hand was less than 2 weeks. Both management and HR were extremely responsive and welcoming.
