Very laid back and casual. Wanted to get to know me as a person vs endless questions that provoke rehearsed answers. Everyone interviews with the CEO before starting which I thought was great.
One interview. Very informal, not the standard questions that are horrible. Just speaking about role, experience, etc

The interview is mostly to get to know you and how you operate vs the formal standard interviews.

Very low key and casual, I felt like they actually wanted to get to know me. No behavioral based questions or anything like that. Interview with CEO is quick - he just wants to make sure you fit the culture style.
