It was pretty straightforward. The interviewer was nice, very conversational. Just get ready to answer questions about what you have on your cv, and if you answer the questions satisfactorily, you'll be given an assessment to work on and submit after the interview.

Online application followed by interview invitation with part of the crew bloom staff they ask questions based on the role you applied for . More or less a 30 min interview with 2 interviewers that are both friendly. I did not get feedback as to why I was not selected .

Very efficient. Nice interviews. Constant communication. Lots of advice and preparation provided before being put in front of a client. Depending on where you're based, you're unlikely to come across some opportunities they are able to provide.
