Interview
I applied for the position of Sales Intern. HR manager got in touch with me and we scheduled an interview. On the interview day I was waiting for one hour and a half and no one showed up. Tried reaching out to the HR manager by email and cellphone but no result. I received an email 2 hours after the appointed time that "they forgot about me". Scheduled another appointment for the next day. The interview went okay and I was assured to receive a response in a week. Two weeks have passed and I had no response. Contracted the HR for an update and didn't receive any information yet. It has been 3 weeks since the interview already. I guess I didn't get the job but I am highly disappointed with the process. If a company treats its potential employees like that you can imagine how it treats its customers. Highly unprofessional behaviour.

Interview
I applied online and had not that formal mail correspondence (which is usual for job interviews) with two people which are from the team (none of them was HR). We agreed to have a Skype call to meet. They asked me about my experience but at the end they said this is just general call which they have with all applicants and that the interview will be scheduled at the end of the week. Two weeks later after no one has contacted me, I sent them an email to ask for the info about interview because I wanted to organize my time. After couple of days they informed me that the position has been filled. I think this is not very professional and I feel like I wasted my time in the first place.

Question 1
There was not a difficult question. They asked me about my experience with Facebook ads and it is clearly indicated in my CV that I have more than 2 years of experience. For some reason they didn't asked me about concrete campaigns I did but rather asked if I understand what ads are and difference between social media posts and ads. This was confusing and it made me feel that my knowledge is underestimated.
