I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Crown Castle (King of Prussia, PA) in Apr 2018
Interview
A quick call with an internal HR Employee followed by another call with the hiring manager. After both calls you go in to present on a case study given two days prior to the hiring manager and another team member. You are sent multiple documents on the work Crown Castle is doing and told to use these documents, their web page and any relevant information you can find else where to build a visual presentation focusing on the questions you are given. The presentation is 30 minutes give or take followed by relevant questions.
After the presentation interview it was weeks before I received any form of communication despite reaching out multiple times to multiple HR employees which had been coordinating on the lead up. Eventually I received an email which was a general email stating that the position you have submitted your resume to has been filled. Thank you for applying.
As a note, I held off on other positions as I honestly enjoyed the the work Crown Castle does and the people I had met with. Disappointed with the general lack of respect for my time. I hope this will help change general hiring procedures and follow-up for prospective employees.

Question 1
How would you approach optimizing our existing social media strategy?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Crown Castle in Nov 2020
Interview
I applied online in November 2020 and was contacted for an initial interview within a couple of weeks. It focused mostly on the skills and experience required for the role and was relatively informal. A week later, there was a more formal, 1 hour interview with the hiring manager, which covered both skills-specific and behavioral questions. These questions were also aimed at determining a good fit with the company and team.
The final step was a case study, They shared a problem the company was facing and asked you to present on how you would go about tackling the issue. You then present your slide deck to a panel and have a Q&A following. The case study took a good amount of time to research but I didn’t think it was an unfair process, and actually found it quite interesting by the end of it. In total, the process took 2-3 weeks.
