I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Crown Castle (Oak Brook, IL)
Interview
Applied through a recruiting company. First interview with recruiting company. Second interview with HR at crown castle. Third interview was a panel interview at Pittsburgh. Case study questions on what you would do if so and so happens.
Overall the interview was difficult in nature as they presented different questions than your typical STAR behavioral questions. But Crown Castle hires the best of the best and their interview process ensures that.
Nine rounds of panel interviews with five to six people each round and weird, sus questions made me feel uneasy. seemed culturally insensitive but I could be mistaken. How many weeks between the rounds
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Crown Castle (Philadelphia, PA) in May 2024
Interview
Lengthy, arduous, time consuming. Way to involved - Not a standard process. They drag it out - they leave you hanging - they are unresponsive. And if you are lucky enough to get a response, you end up finding out their over budget and cancelling the role or promoting from within.

Question 1
They use the Star system. Name a time when....how would you handle X....but the best was - What do you do or how would you handle the jealousy of an internal employee applying for the same role you are, if presented with an offer?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Crown Castle (Chicago, IL) in May 2024
Interview
1 round interview. I interviewed on Tuesday or Wednesday and got the offer Friday. But it really depends who you interview with. Just verify the process with the person you're interviewing with. The person that interviewed me wasn't my manager or even his manager manger. But he was pretty chill and non traditional. I think that's really why I got the offer and not the other 2 candidates
