Very poor, asking questions out of the Wolf of Wall Street “sell me this pen”. Completely caught off guard for a sales assistant position, nothing about strengths or how I work best.

Very laid back and informal interview. There were two people interviewing me at the time but the whole process was very relaxed which helped a lot. I applied and a week later I got a call to come in for an interview. Went for an interview a couple days later and heard back the same day with an offer
