Unfortunately my experience was negative. A recruiter approached me for resume five weeks ago. Followed up first time maybe three weeks afterwards, and scheduled an interview two weeks after. And it’s not a hiring manager or anyone who could be super busy. It was a fresh young engineer who had no clue what the job is about or what he’s doing himself. He was late to the interview, he ended the interview early, and he didn’t even have the basic greetings or goodbye. He hung up right when I said feel free to ask me any further question. During the interview, he had no introduction to the company or the position, requested me to share confidential information to answer his interview questions, and he didn’t really express clearly what he’s really after (fabricating long questions but no clue what he tried to say). Also he did not give me any opportunity to ask question.
Based on the interview, I would not want to work for such a team. It’s not demonstrating cooperation, integrity, knowledge, or capability to ask and learn.
