Interview
Two 30 minute interviews, back to back. One was technical, the other was behavioral. Higher-level technical questions, and this was for a hardware internship. Make sure to review the company beforehand so you are up to date with their products and recent news.

Q: Describe a challenging project and how you worked through it.
HR round, in home challenge, leetcode, coding round, techincal round and behavior round. Took a while to interview. Smooth process, not rushed. Team talked about what they liked and what they are working on. Didn't tell much about the work that is being done there.
The interview process was great for an internship at Cruise! I got to speak with my manager and my mentor and I learned a lot about the work that my team worked on. The interviewer wanted me to succeed.

Interview
Phone interview with recruiter. Take home assignment - create a research plan/present your existing research project. Panel interview with hiring manager and research manager. Challenging rounds, engaging interview process. Company values are important.
