Cumberland County School District interview questions

The interview focused on teaching practices, asking questions about which teaching methods I use the most, and what my strengths and weakness were as an educator. They did not ask many questions about my educational background.

It was well organized and the interviewers made you feel comfortable. They asked a lot of questions on students behavior in class and how as a class teacher you would address the situation.
