Interview
In person with 3 people . Oddly questions about high school . Easy to talk to and conversation flowed. Maybe 45 min long . Met with the recruiter and biz dev team leads . A couple situational questions as well
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Curative Talent (Irving, TX) in Jul 2022
Interview
Definitely the most bizarre interview ive been in. Casual dress but disconcerting somehow. The guy literally showed up in basketball shorts. I Honestly didn't do so hot. They were very fixated on high school for some odd reason (first 5 questions) and i didnt see that coming . If you had fun in high school then you'd probably go through the interview just fine. I didnt. Just derailed everything from there. Come with more than 4 questions prepared and don't ask about how good their IT dept is or how they plan to scale their HR personnel to support their expansion plans.

Interview
Curative interview process: Top Grade Interview process: if you have never experienced that before I highly recommend it. It's all about fit, culture, & how well you will mesh & grow into the role. I had great experience of meeting exceeding quotas but this process was to really find out who you are as a person. I truly loved the experience, I met with a talent acquisition manager (1 hour 15 minutes) following week, SR VP (45 minutes) & following week group interview two directors one on the recruiting side & business development (3 hours 10 minutes). This was an out of the box creative way to pick the right candidates & I felt very proud of myself after each step in the process. After all was said & done I accepted an offer. In hind site, I felt I gave my all & would have had no regrets if I wasn't chosen. But so thankful I was.
