I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield (Edinburgh, Scotland) in May 2015
Interview
It was a fairly relaxed experience. Firstly, we were put into pairs and then told to tell the group something about our partner as an ice breaker. Then, the group of 10 were split into two groups. My group tackled the group exercise first where you're asked to give advice to a client on various property related scenarios. Then you had a one on one interview.
