I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield (Edmonton, AB) in Oct 2018
Interview
Process took a couple of months due to change in the nature of the position and change in job descriptions. In person interview was scheduled after almost a month. Questions were behavioural in nature and discussion felt casual. The only downside was lack of professionalism from one of the partners. The person was half an hour late and had to stop the interview a couple of times because of his cell phone going off. Bottom line: I took the process seriously and I would really like the partners to do the same, otherwise why waste your time?

Friendly, straight-forward, low pressure. Just a casual chat about your experience and some standard interview questions. Interviewer was nice and pleasant to talk to. Typically 3 phase being screening call, dept. manager interview, and office manager interview.
