Phone interview wasn’t a great experience, not a single question was ask in regards to your past experience. Question was brief, it gives a feeling that the person asking the question has no interest on the candidate. The main thing I got from from the recruiter per her tone and attitude, this candidate will not be moving forward.

Friendly, straight-forward, low pressure. Just a casual chat about your experience and some standard interview questions. Interviewer was nice and pleasant to talk to. Typically 3 phase being screening call, dept. manager interview, and office manager interview.
